The Greenville Rotary Foundation Inc. is a North Carolina nonprofit corporation, incorporated on July 1, 2026, to support charitable and educational work in and around Greenville.
Purpose
The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. It raises, manages, and distributes charitable funds for community service projects, scholarships, and other charitable and educational initiatives consistent with Rotary's areas of focus.
The Foundation is governed by volunteer directors and officers and has no paid staff. All disbursements are subject to Foundation Board oversight.
The clubs do the work
Service in Greenville is carried out by the local Rotary clubs. Three clubs serve the area, and each one plans, runs, and is responsible for its own projects, events, and fundraisers. The Foundation does not organize those events and does not claim credit or responsibility for them.
